WHAT'S THE CRAIC?
A Dry Irish Stout made from the same batch of grain as our Shadowfax. Parti-Gyle brewing is a method for making more than one batch of beer from a single all grain mash. Fairly bitter, malty sweetness and quite dry. Served on Nitro.
