Inspired by everyone’s favorite long-suffering dad from the Netflix hit Derry Girls, set in Northern Ireland during The Troubles — this beer is our little nod to dry humor, resilience, and a perfectly poured pint.

Style: Dry Irish Stout

ABV: 4.1% (so yes, you can responsibly have another 😉)

On the nose you’ll get rich chocolate, dark fruit, and just a whisper of coffee. The first sip opens with smooth milk chocolate before fading into velvety notes of raisin and plum. It finishes exactly how a proper Irish stout should — dry, clean, and ridiculously drinkable. Low ABV. Full character. No nonsense. Just like Gerry.

🐉 NEW RELEASE: Dragonade 🍋

Dragonade is a fruited Berliner Weisse brewed with fresh yuzu and ginger from a local farm just off Patterson, bringing bright citrus character and a crisp tart finish to every sip.

The name comes from yuzu, a citrus fruit originating in Japan and China—often called dragon country. We paired that vibrant citrus with a hint of ginger to create something refreshing, unique, and dangerously easy to drink.

Style: Fruited Berliner Weisse / Kettle Sour

ABV: 4.6%

Aroma: Sweet citrus with bright, refreshing notes

Tasting Notes: Big yuzu upfront, shifting into a light tartness with a subtle ginger finish. Light, bright, and made for warm days. ☀️ Now pouring in the taproom
